And More Fire Pits and Fireplace Pictures!'

We will be posting different ideas on fire pit covers we can build or design for your fire pit.
This fire pit is in Pasadena California. The base is Ford Blue and V Blue Topped with Ford Blue Reflective and V Blue Reflective. Then we Topped it with Cobalt Blue Topper, Copper Blue Topper and Lagoon Topper. Then we made a simple tie cover to keep the pit looking great all of the time when it is not in use.

The burner below has a 300,000 btu controller, 36" triple ring mounted on a 48" aluminum base plate for a fire pit in San Diego. These can be adapted for natural gas or propane with up to a 96" lead pilot light and igniter.

The bowls below are a newer product which we can help you convert your table you have now or build a table around the the bowl we provide you. We can build these for natural gas or propane. Filled with crushed lava rock and ready for what ever you would like to cover it with. We can spin bowls in any size. These come with steel or stainless steel rings, double or single rings. The bowl are very economical and are available up to 24". Anything over 24"will be a custom size, but we can make any size.

The propane burner below was made to inset flush to the floor with a remote control underneath the pan. The pan sat 5" below the surface so the glass would appear to be just above the surface. The outer ring was bolted down to keep the glass from falling underneath the burner in the event you ever had to service the burner or remote control. The tower you see is actually for the air mixer to draft fresh air to the propane before it burns.

We added a Starfire base to the fireplace and here you have it. The customer added a few colors later along with our Ice Ice Ice. We also added two metal shields on each side of the fireplace on the inside left and right to cover the vent holes from view.

We will post pictures of the fireplace when it is completely finished with the granite back.

The fireplace below was finished with a standoff surround. We build brackets to support the surround 5 inches away from the fireplace. This was installed by Bruce Rubenstein in a Hollywood night club. If they ever send us pictures we will post them along with these.

The fireplace below is in Mexico where we seem to be sending more and more propane burners and glass for the new homes being built there. The fireplace below has a Black base glass with Ice Ice Ice on top of one of our propane pan burners. Which later a remote control was added by the custom that we sent to them.

The fireplace below was done for Nick Cannon (http://www.NickCannon.com/ ) in Hollywood Hills California. We installed a remote control inside of the fireplace on the left side as you will see. The remote control was an IPI (Intermittent Pilot Ignition) so the pilot light only goes on when you turn the fireplace on with the remote control. We use a lava base filler and topper it with 1/8" Black for a very fine layered look. The fireplace was coated with a high heat concrete mix to make it look wider and lower. A very contemporary look and it looks great.
The remote is on the lower left side with crushed lava all around

The fireplace below is in Glendale Hills California. We installed Starfire as a base with about 1 lb of Ice Ice Ice on top. Then to finish it off we installed a brass surround with bronze frosted glass. The customer loved it! She is the CEO of Frederick's of Hollywood! Awesome house by the way.

The fire pit below is in Malibu California which no one could figure out how to do what we did. The customer didn't want to see the fire pit hood anymore. So we just raised it. And everyone said it couldn't be done! This is what we like to do, take imagination and make it a reality. The base was provided by the customer we just supplied the "raise the hood" and the ring and Bronze and Bronze Reflective glass.

Here are some pictures of our newest fire and water tables. These were made in conjunction with TC Products. The fire feature won the HPBA Vesta Awards in Georgia this year 2008. Unfortunately they forgot to mention our name? I'm sure they didn't mean to do this. The Vortex Fire is one of our newest creations this year.

This is the burner we built for this fire pit:

The burner below is installed in San Diego California. This is a 4 burner stainless steel custom. It is turned on by 4 valves and measures 72" across which is in an 84" fire pit. We will post pictures of the finished project when we finish it.

The fountain below was converted to a fire pit with Black Magic. We use a several hundred pounds of lava rock then Topped it with crushed lava rock to keep the materials from falling through. After we placed the Black Magic on the lava rock Craig topped it with Clear Pyrite (clear with sterling silver coating) Clear Diamonds, Black, Black Reflective and now he has one cool fire feature. We will show you from beginning to end.

The fireplace below is in Rancho Mirage just east of Palm Springs California. This is a direct vent fireplace and we used a Bronze base glass with Bronze Reflective on top. We use the original burner as it would do just fine. We are also cladding the brass with brushed stainless steel and we will post the pictures as soon as we get them. We did two identical fireplaces in this home. One in the master and the other in the family room. You can tell by the back ground.

The pictures below will show you how to install a propane burner and valve in your fire pit without drilling a hole in the side of your fire pit with our FPPK (fire pit propane kit). This was install in Calabasas California with Bronze and Bronze Reflective on top. The fire pit has 10" solid sides which made this a good candidate for the FPPK to be installed on the inside wall. This is a propane fire pit and we do calibrate every valve to every ring we install to eliminate back flow and any problems or issues that may happen. We also install the proper air mixer to insure a clean burn as we eliminate the soot know to be produced by propane. If you have a propane fire pit you know what I am talking about.

The next few pictures are from New York by Jai Crandall for Tom Morgan. We can hep transform an eye soar to a place of enjoyment. Just watch!

November 10, 2009
Hello Ed, my name is Jai Crandall and I live in central NY.  I have a good friend (Tom Morgan) that has a patio that he generally uses wood to throw some heat for his quests when he entertains.  Unfortunately, as I'm sure you know, the smoke can really get to you after a while. This is a very high end home and he entertains for some very important people.  He would like to eliminate the wood a replace them with some propane inserts. It doesn't have to look like a fireplace, but most importantly, it needs to throw some intense heat.
Pictures 1,2 and 3 are the front views of the fire pits and as you will notice they are not square ( each picture is labeled with the dimensions), they don't need to stay like they are, so if you want to make them square you can. Just go by the front measurement. Hopefully you can design something that will fit there needs.
I am sure that they are going to want electric ignition, and you can try to place the control valves in the front. Also, with the good New York weather, you want want to have covers for each unit.
Thank You so much for your time and I look forward to working with you to complete this project.

Now here are the finished pictures on the property. Very nice!
Hey Ed,  Here are some pictures of the burners that I installed. They look great and they are very happy with their performance. Also, I believe that I may have a few more people interested in something similar to what I did for Tom Morgan.  Have a great forth weekend and I will talk to you soon.
