And now here is how it all came together.
The base plate for the Black Magic Feature
The Vortex with Reflective Panels is installed for fitting
A mock up for the customer showing the hidden door to access the controls and dual Electronic Ignitions. One for the Vortex and the other for the Black Magic
This is the bracing being welded in on the bottom side of the feature
Top separators have been installed
Now for testing
The reflective panels make it appear that there are dozens of flames inside.
If you look carefully, we were also testing the top rain cap. We just started manufacturing rain caps. Ritz Carlton was the first to request these.

One last final test before crating.
Leaving for Florida.
The pictures below are some of the rain caps that were designed but not used for the Ritz Carlton.
The rain cap below is actually a weather vein style which move with the wind opposed to being stationary.
A double hood design.
Just like Mr. Potato Head, we can build to your designs and thoughts.
