Our Diamonds are Borosilicate glass, a particular type of glass, better known under the brand names Pyrex and Kimax. Note: Toppers are not intended to be used as base glass. We were providing Toppers for the Marriott and we were asked to show how much coverage 2 lbs was. So we laid out 30" x 70" area and spread out 2 lbs of each of the colors they wanted to add the top to see if in fact it was enough color.

The glass below is some of our Fire Glass Toppings and as you can see by the shape and colors we do not recycle trash glass (no bottles and jars here). Again our fire glass is made for this purpose to be used in fireplaces and fire pits.

•    Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with exceptions only by management.
•    Returned products must be unused and/ or unmixed.
•    Returned products must be packaged well to avoid damage in transit, OR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE.
•    Returned products that are damaged in transit will not be able to be refunded.
•    Refunds will be made towards product cost only.
•    Refunds will not be given for non-product labor costs (consulting fees, installation fees, labor, shipping etc.)
•    Restock fees may apply depending on which items are being returned. (30% to 70%)

Glass/ burning products 30%, Burners 50%, Custom Burners 70%, Metal Pans or any Custom Metal Work, Electronics are not returnable ever!

•    Refunds are processed after customer’s review and acceptance of refunded amount.
•    Refunds take approximately 1 week for processing less any customer delays.
•    Any return must have a return authorization in writing by the management and this will be noted.
