Remove the nasty stuff and move on.
The pan was installed because Steve wanted a remote control, battery operated ignition.
Since there was no easy way to access the electronics to change the batteries, we created a trap door.
We have hidden many access panels this way. There is a right way and there is defiantly a WRONG way to do this. We have repaired many attempts, be careful on who does your work.
Now you see the hidden panel exposed.
The electronics are down below, kept nice and cool.
Now for testing, we test for operation and heat transfer to insure you do not have any issues.
The glass that was installed is Starfire Base Glass
