This Fireplace Surround was built for and with Cheryl and Scott Ward.
We will take you step by step from beginning to the finished project.
How we took it from above to below.
The picture below is what Cheryl wanted or something close
Very simply, take a picture and draw your tentative shape or designs.
Paper is virtually free, so draw as much as you like
Below is her first card board mock up. Look at it like a free preview of your surround.
I am happy to build you two surrounds, but you may only need one.
Once you have the size and shape, we can work on the other details such as where the seams are if any at all, brush pattern
Below is the actual size the customer came up with. We confirm this with a drawing every time.
We even help with the installation process. We help design how you will install the surround.
This particular surround, the back was attached to the fireplace front and the front simply slipped over the back.
We test every feature me build and then send you pictures of how it will actually install.
Once it is finished, we send you pictures of the finished product. We store the finished projects in our showroom until the crate is ready to receive.
Here is the finished Fireplace Surround, looks great! The customer was elated as well.

Ed we also wanted to thank you for providing tools to walk us through a decision making process for this custom piece. You did drawings of various surround shapes specific to our fireplace. This allowed us to have a greater vision and more options than we came to you with! This was a really nice service. Also the cardboard mock up that you walked us through helped us hone our vision further such that we got the perfect and final look. This process also allowed us to give you the perfect dimensions as well. Given we are 1500 miles away, our measurements had to be precise! Well I guess we worked really well as a team because the finished product is beautiful! Oh let me just also say that because of the direction you provided, installation took 10 min max. It was so easy.
