Below we have the fire pit that we installed for Reba! In Nashville Tennessee.

REBA PICTURES!

We were hired to install a propane fireglass fire pit for Reba; as no one else could figure out how to do it!

The pit was an electronic ignition system with stainless steel burner ring, 36" aluminum pan burner with a 3" outside lip and thermo-coupler for safety and to eliminate soot.

•    Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with exceptions only by management.
•    Returned products must be unused and/ or unmixed.
•    Returned products must be packaged well to avoid damage in transit, OR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE.
•    Returned products that are damaged in transit will not be able to be refunded.
•    Refunds will be made towards product cost only.
•    Refunds will not be given for non-product labor costs (consulting fees, installation fees, labor, shipping etc.)
•    Restock fees may apply depending on which items are being returned. (30% to 70%)

Glass/ burning products 30%, Burners 50%, Custom Burners 70%, Metal Pans or any Custom Metal Work, Electronics are not returnable ever!

•    Refunds are processed after customer’s review and acceptance of refunded amount.
•    Refunds take approximately 1 week for processing less any customer delays.
•    Any return must have a return authorization in writing by the management and this will be noted.
•    There are no returns or refunds on any custom metal products what so ever!
