Into "THIS"
Here are a few pictures of our
Toppers before we process the glass We make all of our toppers and toppings in billet form as you can see they are 1" to 1 1/2" thick at first pour, yes we do pour the glass into molds. THE BILLETS/ GLASS BELOW ARE SOME OF OUR NEW COLORS COMING SOON! This is the first step of production and we should be posting these colors in about 2 to 3 months.
One of our show banners. I'm sure the log companies really love us now!

We will be displaying more than 500 colors and products in this new trailer. Enough with the minor details, here are the first pictures.
Fire Rocks! Still under development, but here they are!
These will be made in hundreds of colors when we start production in the near future! They range from 2" to 6" in size and these look great in the fire!
Below are the Fire Rocks one at a time
This is our latest venture and the first ones will be installed in a month or so. We will be posting pictures of the completed project. These are very futuristic Tiki Torches if that's what you would like to call them, enjoy.
Vortex Fires!

VortexED '55' NEW! Alcohol Fires!
The next fireplace was installed by Brent Freeby of
BrentFreebyDesign.com.
The Video is located HERE or:

This is a first for us,not posting a picture???
This is a Black Magic Fireplace in action! Thanks Brent!
The next several pictures show you a flip top box design for a fire pit control panel. It is constructed from stainless steel or could be made from aluminum. The trimming valves are for adjusting the flame are inside along with an electronic key to activate the electronic ignition. These were made for an apartment complex and only the management had control of the electronic ignition. Here are the pictures.
These two separate boxes were made to fit each specific fire pit.
METAL LOGO'S!
Another creative idea for your fireplace!
This was is 50 gallon rolling salt water aquarium with a built in filtering system, sorry no fire.
If you have any great shots or ideas of what you have done with your logs, please send them to us as we know what to do with the pictures. POST THEM!
The tables below were made for the Marriott in Boise Idaho
Marriott Hotel Boise Idaho
This is a pro-to type fire table that when finished will be wrapped in wire and finished in smooth high heat concrete mix with a 48" fire bowl in the middle. There will be a 6" brushed metal finished edge to cover under table lights. The table is 60" wide and 24" tall. These will be delivered to Boise Idaho, Marriott Corp. We will post finished pictures as soon as we can.
A brushed finish 8" edge was added along with a touch sensor to turn the lights on under the table. It is a 3 position sensor (high, medium and low).
Now the high heat concrete is applied and shaped.
As it turns out there is a 36" triple ring under the lava rock and we are down sizing it to a 24" double ring. As you can see when the wind blows the fire get a little bit close to the edge.
If you had a drink near the edge it would be a little bit warmer now. The sides will be dropped about 3 inches and the center raised about 3" and a 24" ring will finish it off. We will post the pictures of the glass and ICE when it is installed in a few days.
This page will show you some of the projects and products we are working on from start to finish across the nation.
The first project we are working on is the Maryland Hotel Roof Top Fire Pit in downtown San Diego, California on the 7th floor roof top!
It measures 60" across, 30" tall and 144" long!
The fire table/ fire pit will and a 5' x 12' surface top in smooth concrete with a 16" x 120" stainless steel fire tray of to one side. We will post pictures as the project grows on.
Te fire pit is constructed with a new flexible track and about 3,000 screws, 240' of galvanized channel, 450 welds, 600 lbs of GFRC/ Wonder Board and coated in smooth texture concrete.
This was just before delivery, dry fit.
Once on the roof top the two halves were attached and the pan was installed
There were two burners and two controls installed
The glass is going in after the position of the fire table was adjusted. Pictures will be here soon!
If you look at the walls of the roof top you can see most of San Diego.

(FireGlass, Fire Glass)
From the mild to the wild, we see more than most ever do.
Labor intensive!
This was the first public pro-to type which stood 36" tall. We are building 14 = 36" Vortex Fires for a party in Hawaii and we were contracted to build 32
Vortex Fires as large as 96" and as small as 48" for a Night Club/ Bar/ Restaurant in Las Vegas of we can't say at this time. But as soon as it opens we can post the pictures and let you know who it is. The first showing was a great success!
Send us your opinions of our trailer and the Vortex Fire.
Here are some pictures of our newest fire and water tables. These were made in conjunction with TC Products. The fire feature won the HPBA Vesta Awards in Georgia this year 2008. Unfortunately they forgot to mention our name? I'm sure they didn't mean to do this. The vortex fire is one of our newest creations this year.
This is a propane fueled Vortex Fire from our collection and design room.
What?
The Vesta Awards were created by Hearth & Home magazine to recognize and honor companies for their innovation in product design and/or technology.
Where?
Awards will be presented at an industry-wide ceremony on Friday, February 29, 2008.
The reception and awards program will take place from 5:00-6:30 pm. at the Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta, GA.
The fire pit below is in Marksville Louisiana and is at the Paragon Casino. The fire pit had an 18' fire ring installed in #304 stainless steel. The was done in and aluminum trough with 10 individual center feed burners. The gas line was a 1 1/2" and 5 lbs of pressure at 7" water column on natural gas. The
ignition system is a Honeywell Infrared Flame Detection system. We will post more information on these larger fire features.
The big white ball is actually the Pearl of Louisiana.
Below is the fire ring in its trough surrounded by the water feature.
Below is one of the sections with the stainless steel burners. The complete feature is filled with water all around the fire ring.
We have over the last few years helped design and and sold dozens of custom fireplaces. The one here was installed in Beverly Hills, California. We designed the fireplace, custom candle pan burner with
electronic ignition. We used a
Clear Base Glass for a simple a modern look. We will be posting the pictures as we have time in the near future.
We did the fireplace not the white onyx. What we did does not show but it's what made the fireplace what it is,
designED !
If you take the time to notice the nice texture of the glass. It's because we tumble it (patent pending) that's what also make us and our glass different from anyone else.
The fire pit below is in the Palace of Qatar and this was commissioned for the King of Qatar. The fire pit is a propane/ butane fueled fire pit and it was installed by Gasco of Qatar. They didn't understand the glass so they opted to use lava rock. Now they (the King) have ordered the glass and if we can get the pictures we will post them.
We did propane for the King and there are no issues! Awesome marble!
